GELIANS operates an international jewelry storefront. Customers may order from supported destinations worldwide, including the United States, Canada, European countries, the United Kingdom, Australia, the UAE, Japan, South Korea, and other supported destinations. Certain destinations are not available through the GELIANS Global storefront; available destinations are shown during checkout.

Users may browse the catalog, explore collections, add products to favorites, place orders, and submit requests through GELIANS AI Atelier.

By using the website, the user confirms that the information provided is current and accurate.

We strive to display product information, images, and specifications as accurately as possible. Product images may vary slightly from the actual item due to display settings, photography, and the natural characteristics of gemstones. For handcrafted jewelry, minor natural or handcrafted variations may occur. Gemstone certifications (such as GIA or IGI) apply only where explicitly stated for a specific product.

Prices displayed on the Global storefront are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs, when automatically calculated, are also presented in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable at the time of order submission is the price confirmed during order processing.

Submitting an order through our website represents a request to purchase. An order may require confirmation by a GELIANS manager before it is accepted.

GELIANS reserves the right to decline or cancel an order. Order confirmation typically involves a manager contacting you to verify availability, details, shipping, and payment.

Selecting a standard available ring size from the options offered for a product is considered a normal product order. It does not automatically classify the order as custom-made, personalized, or bespoke solely because a standard available size was selected.

Custom-made, bespoke, engraved, materially modified, or specifically personalized products are produced based on agreed specifications. Production timelines and final pricing are confirmed individually for each custom order.

Custom-made, bespoke, engraved, or materially modified products are generally not eligible for voluntary return under GELIANS store policy. However, claims involving manufacturing defects, non-conformity, or errors attributable to GELIANS are reviewed individually.

AI-generated concepts and visualizations provided through the GELIANS AI Atelier are preliminary design concepts. They do not automatically constitute a final production specification or an accepted order. Final design, materials, pricing, and feasibility are agreed upon separately with a GELIANS manager.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Armenia via FedEx International Priority. International shipping availability depends on the destination country.

Shipping cost is calculated during checkout when automatic calculation is available, based on destination and shipment characteristics. In exceptional cases, shipping may require confirmation by GELIANS.

Tracking information may be provided when available. Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed unless confirmed by GELIANS. Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless explicitly stated otherwise by GELIANS for a specific order, such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. GELIANS cannot control government customs processing times, which may affect delivery timing.

Customers must provide accurate name, phone, email, country, city, street/address, state/province (where required), postal code (where required), and other delivery information. Customers should contact GELIANS as soon as possible if an address correction is needed before shipment. Address changes may not be possible after shipment.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. When online payment functionality is enabled, payment will be processed through the selected payment method. GELIANS will communicate available payment options before final payment. Please refer to the Delivery & Payment page for current payment information.

Jewelry of proper quality is not accepted for voluntary return for reasons unrelated to a defect, non-conformity, or an error attributable to GELIANS. Reasons such as change of mind, no longer wanting the product, preference for another design, or subjective preference changed do not create a voluntary return right under GELIANS store policy.

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, material non-conformity, an incorrect item, damage attributable to GELIANS, or another company-side error, please contact GELIANS. Each case is reviewed individually by GELIANS. GELIANS may request order information, photographs, videos, or inspection of the jewelry. Where responsibility on the part of GELIANS is established, GELIANS will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, correction, or refund, subject to applicable mandatory consumer law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived or excluded under applicable law.

GELIANS does not currently advertise a fixed public warranty period. Warranty and manufacturing-defect cases are handled individually. If you experience a suspected manufacturing defect, please contact GELIANS for individual review. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Order cancellation is not an automated website action. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact a GELIANS manager as soon as possible. Cancellation may be possible only before the goods have been shipped. GELIANS will verify the current order status and confirm the outcome individually. Once goods have been shipped, the pre-shipment cancellation process is no longer available, and any subsequent issue is handled according to the applicable policies and mandatory law.

All website content, branding, product designs, imagery, text, graphics, logos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to GELIANS where applicable. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GELIANS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

GELIANS shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, customs interventions, or other force majeure events.

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the GELIANS Global storefront are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights or protections that cannot be waived or excluded under applicable law. If a dispute arises, customers are encouraged to contact GELIANS first so that the matter can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution can be sought. Any legal rights or remedies available to the customer under applicable law remain unaffected.

GELIANS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
